Are you a Company director?

You cannot continue in the capacity of a limited company director or be involved in the management of a limited company if you are bankrupt.

If you have debt you cannot afford to repay and you wish to continue operating in the capacity of a company director, then you will normally have to consider an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA).

If you are a company direct, you must take further advice from Bankruptcy Expert before going down the bankruptcy route.
