How to declare bankrupty

If you have decided that bankruptcy is the right option for you, there are a number of steps you will need to undertake including filling in the bankruptcy application form, attending court and meeting with the Official Receiver.

If you wish, you can complete the process yourself without any external help. However, if you feel you need help with the process including completing the application form or understanding the implications for your property or even an expected inheritance then it is always best to get the help of an expert advisor.

Note: Bankrutpcy is a serious matter. You should not start the bankrutpcy procedure unless you have first taken advice from Bankruptcy Expert and understood all the implications based on your circumstances.
